We want you to love your Retro Shower Speaker. If something's not right, here's exactly how we sort it out.

Change of mind (cooling-off)

Under South African law, you may cancel and return your order within 7 days of delivery for a refund, no reason needed. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. You cover the cost of returning it to us, and we refund the purchase price once we've received and inspected it.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong item

If your speaker arrives damaged, defective, or it's not what you ordered, that's on us. Email ashlynfredericks501@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

Faults after use

If your speaker develops a fault that isn't caused by accidental damage or misuse, you're covered for 6 months under the Consumer Protection Act. Reach out and we'll repair, replace, or refund.

How to start a return

1. Email ashlynfredericks501@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
3. Send the item back (keep your tracking slip).
4. Once received and checked, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Not returnable

For hygiene reasons, items returned used, water-damaged through misuse, or without original packaging may be declined or refunded in part. We'll always tell you upfront before making that call.
