1. Delivery Area
We currently ship within South Africa only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door courier services. Aramex provides reliable nationwide delivery to residential and business addresses across South Africa.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities and Metropolitan Areas: 2–4 business days
- Regional and Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, or courier delays.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your Aramex tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
6. Delivery Requirements
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
- Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
- Rinsong will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost, damaged, or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with Aramex to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
