Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only. We're a proudly local store, and keeping our delivery network tight is how we get your order to you fast.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, your order arrives within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Main centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria) are usually on the faster end; outlying and rural areas may take the full window.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders across South Africa.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us at ashlynfredericks501@gmail.com.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it's dispatched, and re-delivery to a corrected address may carry an extra fee.

Delays

We work with trusted couriers, but once a parcel leaves us it's in their hands. Load-shedding, weather, and peak periods can occasionally add a day or two. If your order passes the 7-business-day mark, email us and we'll chase it down for you.
