Welcome to Rinsong. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm by email once payment clears. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error), in which case you're fully refunded.

Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. If a genuine pricing error slips through, we'll contact you before processing and you can confirm or cancel.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment provider. We don't store your card details.

Product

We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but slight variation between screen and product can happen. Functionality and what's included are always as described on the product page.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — images, text, branding — belongs to Rinsong and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

We're responsible for getting you a working product as described. We're not liable for damage caused by misuse (for example, fully submerging the speaker if it's only splash-rated — see the product page and FAQ).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page.
